Right Where It Belongs

So we know Chara's half of the heart locket is in their shared room with Asriel but then I thought: so where's Asriel's half? Soon afterwards I remembered something. Asriel can be seen wearing it in his boss fight. With that information in mind I can only assume that Flowey has it. Most likely filched from the royal home and kept in his own inventory. Something to take out and equip now and then to make him feel a little less empty inside.
